When you think of dream vacations, destinations like London, New York, or Paris may come to mind. But it turns out that the top Googled travel destinations are not the most obvious.
Google released their list of the top 5 fastest-rising searched cities – as well as the people most likely to be searching for them.
1. Reykjavik
According to Google, those most likely to search for travel to Iceland’s capital are women between the ages of 25 and 34. The audiences are also likely to include those who who are not yet parents and are interested in hiking.

2. Havana
Havana is quickly-rising because it has been decades since American’s could visit. Those most likely to search for traveling to Havana live in Florida, are men 35-44, and are not parents.

3. Toronto
Men 25-34 are most likely to search for travel to Toronto, including those who live in Michigan and (no surprise) are interested in hockey.

4. Mexico City
Men between the ages of 35-44 are most likely to be searching for travel to Mexico City. They are also interested in football and most likely to be living in California or Texas. The audience for travel to this location is an interesting one, because they are just as likely to be parents as not.

5. Tokyo
Men between the ages of 25 and 34 are most likely to be searching for travel to Tokyo. These travelers are not parents and 76 percent are likely to be technophiles.
